Orpyx welcomes Dan Hughes as Chief Commercial Officer

Calgary, AB, Canada, January 17, 2022 – Orpyx® Medical Technologies Inc. (“Orpyx”) is pleased to announce that Dan Hughes has joined the executive leadership team as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Dan brings over 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry with an extensive array of global commercial experience in sales, strategy, operations, and marketing across the life sciences and medical device sectors.

Prior to joining Orpyx Medical Technologies, Dan served as the Vice President of the Enterprise Group for Integra Life Sciences, where he led the company’s creation of an enterprise sales organization, an innovative channel focused on driving commercial optimization with integrated networks in the United States.

Dan has also held executive leadership roles for numerous international and domestic commercial teams including Stryker Instruments, GE Healthcare and Henry Schein. Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
